The copper materials selected are sourced exclusively from top-tier domestic suppliers of high-purity oxygen-free copper rods, with no use of recycled scrap or secondary copper. Each cable is guaranteed to be made from high-precision, high-purity, and impurity-free premium raw materials, ensuring excellent oxidation resistance, low resistivity, minimal heat generation, and the ability to support prolonged load usage.

Premium raw materials


Power cables with extruded plastic insulation layer. The commonly used plastics include polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene, and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Among them, PVC has been widely used in low-voltage cables due to its advantages of simple process, good comprehensive electromechanical performance, good flame retardant performance, and low cost. Polyethylene is widely used in cable insulation and outdoor cable sheaths due to its excellent electrical properties, moisture resistance, cold resistance, and moderate mechanical properties, while cross-linked polyethylene is widely used in insulation of medium and high voltage cables due to its excellent electrical and mechanical properties.
Plastic cables have the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing and processing, light weight, and convenient installation, and are not limited by differences in installation. Therefore, they are widely used as medium and low voltage cables and have a trend of replacing viscous impregnated oil paper cables. Its disadvantage is the existence of branch breakdown phenomenon, which limits its use at higher voltages.
