Extremely high flexibility:Due to the fact that conductors are made up of multiple thin copper wires twisted together, wires are very flexible. BVR is extremely easy to bend, does not require specialized bending tools, and does not generate strong rebound force like hard wires.
High construction efficiency:In complex conduit, BVR flexible wire is easier to pull than hard wire. When forcibly threading, it is less likely to wear down the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation layer on the surface of the wire, reducing the risk of electrical leakage and greatly reducing the difficulty of construction.
Resistance to mechanical fatigue and vibration:BVR flexible wire has extremely strong fatigue resistance and can withstand multiple repeated bending. In equipment environments with slight vibrations, such as distribution cabinets, motor connections, and switch boxes, BVR is less likely to experience loose joints or wire breakage due to vibration.
Relatively better heat dissipation:Although BVR and BV DC resistance with the same cross-sectional area are theoretically consistent, BVR is composed of multiple fine wires, and its total conductor surface area is larger than that of a single hard core. This makes its heat dissipation more uniform and its physical properties more stable in certain environments.
