Product models: WDZ-KYJY, WDZN-KYJY, WDZ-KYJY22 Rated voltage: 450/750V Product characteristics: Excellent flame retardant performance, with no toxic smoke emitted during combustion; in the event of a fire, the spread is slow, smoke concentration is low, visibility is high, and the release of harmful gases is minimal. Product Application: Facilities such as power stations, high-rise buildings, subways, tunnels, smart buildings, and military warships require that the smoke, harmful gases, and corrosive gases generated during the combustion of wires and cables be controlled within a relatively low range. In these situations, low-smoke, halogen-free, and non-toxic cables are used.

Low-smoke and halogen-free control cable

Product models: WDZ-KYJY, WDZN-KYJY, WDZ-KYJY22

Rated voltage: 450/750V

Product characteristics: Excellent flame retardant performance, with no toxic smoke emitted during combustion; in the event of a fire, it spreads slowly, produces low smoke concentration, maintains high visibility, and releases minimal harmful gases.

01 Flame retardancy

In practical use, wire and cable can be laid horizontally, vertically, exposed, or through channels. For bundled applications, our low-smoke zero-halogen cables have passed the bundle combustion test. For single-cable installations, our low-smoke zero-halogen cables have passed the single-cable vertical combustion test.

02 Smoke density

The smoke generation property of combustion gases is an important indicator of the combustion performance of wires and cables, and it is also a significant factor affecting fire rescue and self-rescue under actual fire conditions. Our company's low-smoke, zero-halogen cables have a light transmittance of not less than 60%.

03 Corrosivity

Ordinary PVC cables produce a large amount of HCl gas during combustion, which not only poses significant harm to the human body but also severely corrodes various fire-fighting and other facilities. After testing, the weighted value of pH should not be less than 4.3, and the weighted value of conductivity should not exceed 10μS/mm.
